  Evasive. still waiting for a reply a day later. You ring to book a service in Stourbridge but speak to a call centre in Nottingham. I've given up and gone elsewhere. Purchasing my car from them was about as shambolic. If you want to raise you blood pressure this is the dealership to choose.

  Tried to book my Range Rover in for its first service. It took 3 attempts and a very long delay to get the call answered at all, then when it was answered the operator was remote from the dealership and couldn't answer the query, she transferred my call to the dealership and they hung up! While I was waiting (quite some time) I read the huge number of negative reviews about this dealership and concluded that if their call handling was as shoddy as I have experienced in a long time, the complaints regarding poor service and attitude are probably justified. I'll take the trouble to travel further to a dealer with a better consumer focus.
