I was handled by Dan from the sales team, who made the process a painless and simple one. He kept in constant communication, providing updates, and helping with all my requests along the way. Despite coming in to buy a used car, I was treated like a new car buyer, and the service was first class, going the extra mile for any request I had. I would happily buy a car from Dan and VW Stourbridge again.
